Chidren’ s rights De La Salle College Thessaloniki

The students of De La Salle College -Thessaloniki, had the unique opportunity to prepare a short video-clip which illustrates the projects, posters, drawings, poems and thoughts they had during the well known, European "E-Twinning" programme, under the topic: “Let’s learn about our rights”.

 

                                 “HOLIDAYS-CHILDREN OF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES”

Οι μαθητές και οι μαθήτριες της Στ΄τάξης του Ελληνογαλλικού Κολεγίου «ΔΕΛΑΣΑΛ», στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος e-twinning με θέμα «Let’ s learn about our rights» δημιούργησαν ένα πολύ ωραίο βίντεο, που σχετίζεται με τον τρόπο που αξιοποιούν τις διακοπές τους τα παιδιά των αναπτυγμένων χωρών.

                                               Δικαιώματα των παιδιών

This year, our class supports UNESCO’s project on promoting children’s rights. Our school, one of the most philanthropic schools in the world, cannot overlook the fact that children all over the world suffer due to lack of education, peace, food, water, sanitation and pharmaceutical care. Our students are taught the true meaning of aid towards those who suffer the most and work on different projects and campaigns in order to raise awareness.

In September and October our students worked on the right for education and presented their power points to their classmates. In November and December they decided to work on the right for food, clean water and pharmaceutical care, especially after the catastrophe that stroke the Philippines. They created calendars for the New Year in order to make people see, each and every day, that they can always help others in need.
